Celebrating A Century

Today my Grandpa Clark turns 100... can you believe it a whole century!

He is one-of-a-kind and it would take pages and pages to sum up his life and his adventures. There are so many stories and much more and a legacy he has given us all.

So below I simply show some of the highlights of his life... a boy born in Afton Wyoming who eventually would become a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and has always been a man of faith. We tip our hats to you this day and wish Alma Card Clark the happiest of days, we love you. Happy 100th Birthday!!

Life is a culmination of the past, an awareness of the present, an indication of a

future beyond knowledge, the quality that gives a touch of divinity to matter.

-Charles Lindbergh

The video below was made in 1991 for my grandparent's 50th Anniversary. It highlights his life and that of my grandmother who passed the 8 years ago.

It boggles the mind that this was 10 years ago... he loves to tell stories.

Below a slideshow for his 90th birthday...

“A man is made of memories. It is all we are. Captured moments, the smell of a place, scenes played out time and again on a small stage. We are memories, strung on storylines-

-the tales we tell ourselves about ourselves, falling through our lives into tomorrow.”

- Mark Lawrence
