Evermore
Evermore, have you heard of it? If you live in Utah you more than likely have. It was another adventure to go on.
It is a new concept for a theme park, it is an interactive fantasy world that you can enter, do missions and quests, interact with different characters. The moment they opened it in Pleasant Grove Utah I have wanted to go. Always wanted to, but there are some events that are just more fun with a group. That is a hard thing at this point in my life, wrangling up a group, so being easy going is a great thing to learn as you get older.
This past Saturday I went to Evermore with my sister Sarah, her husband and his sister. Now.. As I’ve stated in a previous blog post I am not a horror fan, I went and still had a good time. I did find myself terrified at certain points about the dark haunted halls, but the Halloween theme was fun and it was worth it. I will definitely go back, and since I have been there once I know more of what to expect and in the future will go on actual quests. It was a great memory and the night was finished off sushi and laughter. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Favorite Dates from the last 2 Years
In my efforts to share and help others out there, I also feel I need to state that I don’t claim I am the best or perfect aunt at this point in my life. I could do more and invest more, I try, I try hard, but I have let life get in my way at times. It is an effort to be better daily and I am always looking for more ways to become closer all the kiddos.
But in a not so humble brag, I think I am doing well, not great but well, they all know I love them and I hope know I would do anything for them. We love to go on adventures all the time, they are the greatest part of my life.
I take them on adventures, some have cost money and some have been minimal to free. Some of the most magical moments I have had with them have cost less than $5 and just some gas.
Here are some favorite moments just in the last 2 years... it would take a long time to dive into all of them, or each specifically at this point, those can be separate posts in the future, but here are a few fun moments from the last 2... I am an aunt to 17 kiddos and 5 step kiddos... life is never dull. I love in many moments that I am a Single Aunt, it gives me freedom to see these kiddos more than normal.
