Grieving is a funny thing, it comes and goes in waves. It is not the exact same for anyone.

This is a link as well to an article that says what people shouldn't say to those who are grieving, and I can tell you within weeks of my dad dying of cancer years ago, I was told almost every one of of these... I even was told by a co-worker he would have lived he he had eaten more organic food... Please people, in regards to grief, it is okay to be silent and just be there for that person.

A few days after the funeral we as a family went to the cemetery and had a few moments where we released balloons for Embie. Thought I would share a moment or two from it below.
